Don't have much to say about this, just a fun post for the end of the holiday weekend.

Without seeing pictures, this is a large SFR in a great WeHo location on a huge lot. Aside from the SHOUTING IN ALL CAPS in the listing, not much dispute there.

After seeing more pictures, I can only assume by "feels like South of France", they meant to add "as set in a fantasy novel."

And I remember worrying about buying a townhouse with 3 levels (2 sets of stairs) in that I was limiting my audience to a younger, more mobile crowd.

What a property! Just a note that it's located in the City of Los Angeles (zip 90069), but appears in the MLS under West Hollywood Vicinity. Orlando, Croft and Alfred, just a bit south of Santa Monica Blvd. (across from the historic Emser Tile Building in WEHO) are in L.A. until they cross Melrose where the City of WEHO begins again for a few short blocks. These three streets harbor some of the largest lots and homes in the area, but have recently seen SFRs destroyed for huge condo developments that don't appear to be selling too well nowadays. The L.A. residents there have formed a concerned neighbors group.

This area makes a strong argument for regularizing the boundaries of West Hollywood by taking in some of these odd fingers of Los Angeles. At the least, West Hollywood should extend consistently between Fountain (if not Sunset) and Melrose all the way to La Brea. I'll bet these folks have always had indifferent police response and City services. And there was no way for the existing residents to preserve their area. I wonder if the same speculation/redevelopment crap will eventually overtake Spaulding Square.

This area is one which highlights the advantage of being within the legal boundaries of West Hollywood, where residents and local owners really do have the ability to shape the quality of life of their surroundings.

Thanks for the comments. Yes, I take some liberties every once in a while by including "WeHo close" or WeHo adjacent" homes if they're of an interesting nature ...

This house is just horrible. I can't imagine living in such a place unless one is 12 years old and into 'dungeons and dragons'.

It is useful to try everything in practice anyway and I like that here it's always possible to find something new. :)

Only place in use the number of tanks necessary for patient therapy. With every patient, an Emergency Room nurse is responsible for triage: taking each situation and prioritizing it by importance or extreme with psycho social and physical elements considered.
